| Hi voicebee. I've tried inviting a few people to join. Two of them stated when signing up they are receiving an "Invalid Email" error. There emails are working emails. Please advise. | |

| I would also suggest using a different browser. If the users are still having issues with signing up, they must submit a support request via our online Support Center. Just inform them to click on the Support tab in the above menu. | |

The forum will not allow certain email prefix i.e. admin, support, help, ect.
Please contact them and have them try again, but to try using a different prefix and/or email
Kindest regards, AVBestDeals

| Hi there BunnyHoo,
Can you please advise what email provider your friends are using?
Also, a couple of members have reported that using a different browser has allowed them to register. If that doesn't work please ask them to check the spelling or to try using a different email address.
As always, questions can be sent to our Support Center for assistance.
Thank you for the invites,

| Not sure which browswer. I will let them know to try a different browser, if that doesn't work then try a different email. If that doesn't work to send voicebee a request to help them sign up.
Thanks all. | |
