Former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has submitted an NBA-record-setting offer of $2 billion to purchase the Los Angeles Clippers from owners Donald and Shelly Sterling, according to James Rainey of the Los Angeles Times:  

This will be one heck of a pay out.  If he doesn't take it, I will consider him the dumbest man on Earth.
