I had lost 90 pounds in a year but gained them all back over the course of the last 3 years. Now I am trying to lose weight again but I can't seem to stop eating sweets. I started exercising 3 weeks ago and trying to eat less. Food has gotten so expensive so it's cheaper to eat unhealthy over healthy. My husband has to have something sweets after a meal so he keeps sweets in the house and now I have developed that same habit. No matter how hard I try not to eat sweets, I just keep eating them. (Oh yeah, my husband does not have a weight problem).
Any tips or suggestions on how to break this nasty habit?
