No matter where you, if there is water, there is a croc or gator and this man was reckless and contributed to his own death.

Especially in Australia.  I live in Florida and I know better than to cross a ditch with puddles of water because there's a 90% chance there's a gator there.

I live in Florida too and there is no way I'm going in ponds or lakes BECAUSE I KNOW there is a gator lurking there.

I'm in Florida and I swim in lakes all the time. No gator incident yet.
