Pastors Asking For Money

My Pastor called me up and told me that I'm not tithing enough or I give to low.  The Pastor also told me that I need to question my salvation if I continue to give so little.  This really hurt my feelings and it feels wrong to me. 

How would you feel about this?

GOD wants your heart, so follow your heart.  I would never let a Pastor guilt me in to doing something.  Guilt doesn't feel like love to me.

Never let a Pastor pimp you.  All you have to do is read the Bible for your own understanding and no one can dupe you into anything.  Stay strong!

I agree.  I will always give from my heart.  This way I know I'm not being pressured by someone else especially a pastor.

You might also ask the Pastor does he need a job.  If he is asking for more money then it sounds to me like he needs to go down to McDonald's and apply for a job.

I thank you all for your feedback. After sharing my thoughts and concerns with the Pastor he basically said he was right about my salvation and the fact that I'm questioning him is evident I'm the one with the problem, so I ended up changing Churches.
