Obama government looks to satisfy religious groups on Obamacare

The Obama administration is developing a method for religious organizations opposed to contraception coverage under the Affordable Care Act to opt out of providing the coverage in their health plans without filling out a form.

That is the gist of a brief filed on Tuesday in the U.S. Court of Appeals by the Justice Department.

Under President Barack Obama's signature healthcare law, known as Obamacare, employers must provide health insurance policies that cover preventive services for women, including contraception and sterilization.

I have mixed feelings about this.  I do think giving a religion opt out is giving this school and others too much control.

ObamaCare being flexible is a good thing and I don't think it's giving those who want to opt out control. We should all have a choice in everything we do.

Under President Bush Medicare would pay for viagra for the old fuddy duddies and that's only serving one purpose. With all that aside I believe the woman has a right to a personal choice.
